We use our development experience to lead by example and to apply creative solutions and ideas to meet new housing needs. As well as a large and successful commitment to building new homes for low-cost rent and affordable home ownership, we have extensive reinvestment programme in our existing properties. We are also involved in a number of regeneration projects to improve run-down estates to meet the needs of today's communities.
