The Group carries out a programme of regular and planned maintenance work to keep homes safe and in good condition. These cyclical repairs and planned maintenance include:
- Servicing gas installations every year.
- Decorating the outside of homes approximately every five years.
- Replacing roofs and windows when necessary. To save costs, we usually do this to a group of homes at the same time.
- Complete refurbishment of our older properties in consultation with residents.
- Replacement of shared aerials to ensure we are on track for the final changeover to digital television in 2010.
