Process
Step 1
Register with your local HomeBuy Agent and make an appointment to view the property you are interested in.
Step 2
If you would like to go ahead after your viewing, complete and return to us the
property preference form along with the required documentation.
Step 3
We will assess your application and carry out reference and credit checks. If you are successful we will formally offer you a property and your lettings consultant will arrange an appointment to meet and sign your tenancy agreement at the property.
Step 4
When you receive the offer letter you will have a specified time frame to
return the confirmation of acceptance form and a bankers draft or cheque for
the deposit of one month rent. The deposit is forwarded on to the Deposit
Protection Service.
Step 5
At the sign up, you will sign the tenancy agreement, pay your one month rent
in advance and receive a formal handover of the property.
