Social rent
Your first step in renting one of these homes is to apply to your local authority’s housing department. Your local authority will assess your application and, if you are eligible for housing, tell you what your position will be on their waiting list.
Local authorities refer residents to us from their waiting list. This is the only way we can accept applications for our affordable rented housing.
We work very closely with a large number of local authorities. Find out if we work with a local authority in your area.
If you are referred to us, we will let you know if we have any homes available that are suited to your needs.
