We use simple, modern and flexible ways of consulting and involving residents in our work. We actively seek customers’ views on our ideas and services.
We involve residents in helping to shape our services through:
- Focus groups, workshops, in-depth interviews and surveys
- Establishing Neighbourhood Agreements and Good Neighbour Declarations
- Estate activities
- Establishing and supporting local community groups
