Southern Housing Group runs a Graduate Development Programme, recognised as one of the best in the sector by the National Council for Work Experience. This three-year programme is designed to fast-track graduates into established jobs and offers the chance to continue with specialised postgraduate studies.
If you become one of our graduate trainees, during your first two years, you’ll gain invaluable experience in all areas of the business before going on to a specialist post in your third year.
