Customer Services Committee and the Group Board
Our customers are at the heart of our business. We have places for two residents on the Group Board, which oversees all the work of Southern Housing Group. Residents also play a key role on our Customer Services Committee, which oversees all the services delivered to our residents. It is accountable to the Group Board.
The Chairman of each of the Group's Five Resident Service Panels attends the Group's Customer Services Committee.
