Connaught Fire Services changes its name
On 1 December 2010, Connaught Fire Services Limited, the company which services and maintains fire safety equipment at many Southern Housing Group properties, changed its name to Santia Fire Services Limited.
The name change will not affect any services offered by the company and all maintenance and other checks will continue as planned. Residents need to be aware that the engineers will now announce that they are from Santia and their ID badges will reflect this change.
During December you will begin to see their new logo appear on documents, uniforms and vehicles but you will be looked after by the same team who continue to be dedicated to providing you with a first class service.
All contact details and telephone numbers will remain the same and, though email addresses will be changing, any sent to the old addresses will be redirected.
