Review of Southern Housing Group service standards

We are currently reviewing our Groupwide service standards. These service standards reflect, in practical terms, our commitment to service excellence. The document that outlines these commitments is our Service Charter; we want to explore how the content and format of this charter can be made better. 

We want your views on how we can improve the options for residents to access our services, and also how we monitor our performance in meeting our commitments.

Following an initial programme of resident consultation, we have produced a draft set of service standards. We now want to extend this consultation to all residents so we can capture as many of your views as possible before we finish the standards and launch them to residents. 

Please help us by reading through the standards and providing your feedback. At the bottom of the draft service standards document is a feedback section. You can either complete this section electronically and email the document back to james.mark@shgroup.org.uk, or print it out and mail it to:
