Tracking your repairs
As part of an ongoing commitment to improving our services, we are currently reviewing the repairs process with our contractors Axis in the London and Thames Gateway regions.
We will be tracking individual repairs from the point at which you report them to us, through to final completion, so that we can identify any areas where improvements can be made. As part of this review process, Southern Housing Group staff are heading out with Axis to see how repairs are carried out in your homes.
Once we have gathered enough information we will report back on the results and advise you how we will be improving the repairs service.
