|Customer Voice Forums||Work closely with our senior regional staff to assess how well we are delivering services.|
|Service forums||Work with staff on a project that will provide real service changes.|
|Customer service monitors||Ensuring we deliver on our promises. You might be part of a team assessing the quality of our services such as repairs.|
|Tenant and resident groups||Local estate and community groups. If you are interested in setting up a group, we can offer support and advice.|
|Workshops and focus groups||A way to review what we do and feedback on services to make sure we meet the needs of residents.|
|Epanel/readers' panel||A great way to get involved from the comfort of your own home. We ask our readers to look at and feedback on information such as leaflets and brochures.
Epanel members complete occasional online surveys about services.
|Contract reviewers||Work with us to manage our work with partner contractors to ensure high quality services and value for money.|
|Estate inspectors||A great way of getting involved if you only have an hour available every month or so. Join our staff on an estate inspection to improve where you live.|
|Resident events||A great opportunity to meet with staff and other residents to find out about services and local issues. We hold a range of local and group wide events every year.|
|Satisfaction surveys||We run a rolling programme of customer surveys across our services. We call this 'What matters to residents'. If you use our services, such as reporting a repair, we may contact you to find out what you thought of our services and what improvements we can make.|
