We have studio and one bedroom flats available from time to time in blocks which are designated for people over 50. These are situated in:

- Iris Court, New Lane Hill, Tilehurst, Reading
- Mitchell Lodge, Bath Road, Reading
- Pigott Court, Wiltshire Road, Wokingham
- Selkirk Court, Pittville Circus, Cheltenham
- The Palmer, Carmelite Drive, Reading
We also have schemes with a mixed range of residents but where certain flats are designated for people over 50. These are situated in:
- David Smith Court, Bayford Drive, Calcot, Reading
- Jubilee Court, Hazell Hill, Bracknell
- Leonard Court, James Butcher Drive, Theale, Reading
- St Ann’s Court, London Road, Loudwater, High Wycombe
- Schroder Court, Northcroft Road, Englefield Green, Egham
