Anti-social behaviour

We are committed to creating sustainable communities where our residents, their families and visitors can enjoy a life free from crime and anti-social behaviour. We aim to resolve anti-social behaviour quickly and effectively with the minimum amount of distress to our residents.
When dealing with anti-social behaviour we promise to:
- assess all the nuisance problems you report
- support you to deal with low level issues
- take firm but proportionate action in more serious cases
- support victims, including providing interpreters and as far as possible interviewers of the same gender
- refer victims to agencies such as Victim Support
- work with agencies such as the police, the local authority and youth services, in serious cases take perpetrators to court and, where appropriate, evict them
