Service review workshops and focus groups
We are constantly reviewing our services - and your input is very important to us. We run focus groups and workshops to give residents a real opportunity to shape new policies, procedures and proposals to improve services. Our focus groups last around two hours, workshops a little longer, and they are a great opportunity to have your say on our services if you don't have time to commit to anything long term.
We run around 50 events each year in regional office and local community venues, so there is always an opportunity to get involved. If you enjoy attending an event and would like to attend more, please think about joining the Residents' Panel.
