Customer Involvement Panels

We have set up a number customer involvement panels covering our key services. Our Panels are a great way to help us shape the development of our services. As a panel member, you get the chance to work with key staff members on a project that will provide real changes to services that are important to you. Some panels meet on an occassional basis while others meet regularly through the year, so the time involved will vary. If you’ve only got a few hours every few months and you've got an interest in a particular service we provide - it could be our repairs or major works service or the way we manage estates - we'd like to hear from you.

Sheltered Housing Involvement Project (SHINE)

If you live in a sheltered housing scheme, our SHINE project might be of interest. Each year we ensure that all our sheltered housing residents have an opportunity to give us their views on our services through the SHINE survey. Our Supported Housing staff use the survey to plan improvements that will deliver better local services, changing the way we work to fit local customer needs or improve residents quality of life.

Getting involved is simple - just make sure to return your SHINE survey and come along to any meetings organised by your Supported Housing Team.
