Resident competition winners announced
We are pleased to announce the winners of two recent resident competitions.
Mr Curtis from Kent received £200 cash in our November Direct Debit draw. The draw takes place twice a year and all residents who are signed up to Direct Debit payments for rent and service charge are automatically entered in the draw.

And Mr Wight from London won our recent Homeflex quiz where we challenged you to identify some famous buildings from some Southern Housing Group homes. The competition supported the launch of our new affordable housing package, Homeflex, which provides flexible housing solutions for residents who want to rent or buy a home.
