Homes England contract expenditure

Under current contracts with Homes England, the Group is required to publish transactions over £500. The Group is currently delivering under the Affordable Homes Programme and the Strategic Partnership.

The Group is contracted to receive £24.2m Homes England  grant towards delivering 725 new homes costing around £165m up to March 2021. Under the Strategic Partnership, the Group is contracted to deliver over 1,000 receiving over £55m of grant due to complete by March 2024.
