We plan to build a five-storey building that will provide 36 new, high quality homes for London Affordable Rent, shared ownership or London Living Rent and private sale.
The new building will include nine street accessible maisonettes and 27 flats. All homes will have private outdoor space and access to a shared communal courtyard.
The proposed development will be broadly the same height as the neighbouring buildings. A new street scene will also be designed, bringing forward the front elevation on Palliser Road and completing the terraced street on Comeragh Road. The new development will not impact on the street parking in the immediate roads as it will be a car free, apart from two new wheelchair accessible car parking spaces.
We aim to provide high quality homes for local people, which will benefit our residents and the local area. For this project we have looked at options including adapting the existing building. However it is not feasible to for us create quality homes with contemporary standards using the existing building.
