Changes to direct debit payment handler


You may be aware over the past 12 months we have been changing our payment provider from Allpay to Pay360. The last thing to be moved over to our new provider are Direct Debits which will be completed within the next few weeks. You may have been contacted by your bank to say a new instruction has been set up - please don't worry, this is just the bank responding to the change. We sent letters out earlier this week to notify you of the changes but we know that these have been delayed by the hot weather. We're sorry for any concern that this may have caused.

The good news is that you don’t need to do anything to continue receiving the benefits of Direct Debit. Please be assured that this change won’t affect the service you receive in anyway. The only change you will notice is that from 1 August 2022,  our new supplier will collect your Direct Debits instead of Allpay.net  and therefore our a new name will appear on your bank/building society statement.

For Southern Housing Group customers this will be BPS RE Southern Housing Group

For Triathlon Homes residents this will be BPS RE Triathlon Homes 

There is no need for you to complete a new Direct Debit instruction, as details of the change will have been supplied to your bank, who may also notify you independently.
