Out-of-hours media contact

If you need to contact the media team out-of-hours (evenings, weekends and bank holidays), please email communications@shgroup.org.uk with your:

• Media enquiry in full
• Deadline for a response
• Contact details (or contact details of a colleague if you won't be around for the whole period)

Emails will be checked at regularly out-of-hours, but you may not receive a response immediately. We will get back to you as soon as possible during these times.

Note: This email address is for urgent media enquiries only. No other enquiries will be handled through this email address. Customers who need to contact us urgently should contact the Service Centre.
