Our goal is to continue to reduce the environmental impact of all our activities, helping to tackle some of the biggest challenges we face, including fuel poverty and climate change.
We built our first ever PassivHaus development scheme at Cameron Close, Freshwater on the Isle of Wight. The environmentally friendly approach to design has delivered significant savings to our customers, particularly around heating costs. We are committed to having minimal impact on the local environment and ensure that our partners work to the same standards.
The Resident Involvement team is currently working with residents, the Community Investment team and colleagues in Estate Care and Sustainability Team to put on a series of local events this summer to understand residents needs with waste management and recycling post-pandemic.
