We've merged: Who do you need to contact?

We want to get you through to the team that are best able to help with your enquiry. Having merged in December 2022 we are still in the process of integrating our internal systems. This means that at the moment the contact details and online services you need to use to get in touch with us will depend on who used to manage the home you want to talk to us about; either Optivo or Southern Housing Group (SHG).
