Choose your local repairs team - If you live in Hackney or Haringey, you'll need to speak to DW Support Services using option 1, if you live in another London borough you'll need to speak to Wates Living Space using option 2.
Finally you'll need to chose the type of repair you want, for gas or heating repairs press 1 to be directed to TSG, and for all other repairs press 2.
Press option 2 to make a payment, talk about paying your rent or service charge.
Press option 3 to enquire about a new home, move or to exchange your current home.
Press option 4 for all other calls.
