Sheltered housing

Our dedicated sheltered housing colleagues work to ensure our sheltered housing customers feel safe and secure in their homes.

The Group has approximately 2,000 customers living at 53 sheltered housing schemes Group-wide.

Each scheme is overseen by a dedicated Scheme Services Coordinator, who is based at the scheme Monday to Friday. They are there to help our sheltered housing customers access our repairs service, carry out health and safety checks, help access to local services, and support them with local community activities.

We recognise the diversity of our sheltered housing customers and aim to support the wide variety of needs and values they have.

We want our customers to feel safe, secure, and have a clear, face-to-face contact while maintaining independent living. 

To help us achieve these aims, we operate to a customer charter outlining five key standards of care.
