Eligibility
Sheltered housing accommodation is generally for customers over 60 years old (or 55 with additional support needs).
Our customers usually access our sheltered housing by:
- Being referred to us by a local authority or other relevant agency
- Being an existing Southern Housing Group customer looking to transfer to sheltered housing accommodation
