Our Isle of Wight-based supported housing service is for anyone living on the Island with a care and support need, including people with learning disabilities, people with mental health issues, older people including those who are frail, and people with physical disabilities.
This type of housing is typically charged at up to 80% of local market rent and are allocated via the Local Authority waiting lists. We accept applicants who work part time and/or claim Housing Benefit, however those not on Housing Benefit are given priority. We also accept applications from carers and disabled people of working age who are unable to work.
Your first step in renting one of these homes is to apply to your Local Authority's housing list. Visit the UK Government site to find the details of your local authority.
