Locations: Ashford Times: Weekdays, full time Duration: 12 weeks
About this role:
You'll have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced administrator. You’ll gain experience of working and communicating as part of a team and an understanding of how work is allocated and carried out in line with our policies and procedures. You’ll have direct contact with customers and will be carrying out administrative tasks with support from a supervisor.
This role may lead to an AQA qualification if you'd like to pursue a career in this field.
What you'll be responsible for:
Logging repairs and making sure they're dealt with efficiently and effectively
Carrying out basic administrative tasks (ie. email, organising and maintaining records and files, photocopying, sorting and distributing mail, and minute taking)
Supporting colleagues to carry out administrative tasks
What you need to know:
You need to be aged 16 or over for this role.
Skills and experience needed:
Good customer service skills
An understanding of customers’ needs
Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn
