Present Circumstances 

Blue Primrose Apartments have been undergoing constructional cladding replacement work to the exterior of the building to ensure customer safety. 

Additionally, Southern Housing Group will be working closely with Oakleaf to prepare works to be carried out throughout the building to replace and upgrade fire alarms, of which we will send out notifications to all our customers in order to gain access to homes in the upcoming weeks.
