Is an EWS1 form now available for Vega House and Tucana Heights?
Yes. We were issued with a B1 rating in February 2021. The form is available in our Important Documents section.
This form indicates that the Fire Assessor is satisfied that “the fire risk is sufficiently low that no remedial works are required”.
Most mortgage lenders will be satisfied with this form.
