About service charges

Service charges are payments made by customers to cover the costs of providing estate management services and the upkeep of common parts.

Costs are tailored to individual properties and schemes. You are provided with accurate statements of actual and estimated costs.

If there is a significant change to services, the group will consult with affected residents and any recognised residents' association.

You can read more about service charges in our service charge guide - Your Service Charge Explained.

Have you received a Section 20B letter?

If you've recently been sent a Section 20B letter in the post about the total draft service charges for your block or estate, please be aware that this notice is not the final account and is not a demand for payment.

This notice is just for information and you do not need to take any action now.

We've looked to provide further information about some questons you may have after receiving this letter from us in the post.

Read our guidance

If you have any questions we encourage you to read this guidance first but if you’d prefer to speak to someone please contact our Service Centre as we'd be happy to discuss any queries you may have.
