Last year the government added an extra £20 a week to Universal Credit payments during the pandemic and from 5 October 2021 that extra money will be stopped. If you get Universal Credit you will see a reduction of £86 a month over the coming months. Depending on the date of your payments you will start to see a difference in October or November.
We know this will be a difficult situation for many households and would like to let you know about the support we can offer.
