We love working with our customers to improve the services we offer. 

Resident involvement is how we listen to and work with residents to improve and shape our services. Residents can get involved through feedback, scrutiny and partnership working.

We want to make sure your voice is heard throughout the organisation and that you have the chance to influence our services and policies. We want you to feel valued, listened to and be confident that we’re acting on your views. 

Involvement opportunities arise regularly. They are affected by external factors such as the current pandemic or responding to changes in legislation. These factors can dictate the type of involvement we offer, how we offer the involvement and how much time we provide for responses to this.

We may contact you in a way that may not be your preferred method as we are relying more on using email or phone as our main contact methods.
