Group Wide Policy / Procedure / Strategy Review
We have numerous policies, procedures and strategy which are regularly reviewed. When the changes will have a significant impact upon the services that customers receive, we will consult to ensure that we understand the impact of any proposals. We are looking for residents who are interested in telling us the impact of any changes to the policies, procedures and strategies will have on residents. This can be done in a variety of ways for example, post, email or face to face.
User Experience is your opportunity to let us know how we are doing. As a User Experience member, you will complete a User Experience diary sheet every time you have had to contact us. By recording your experiences, we will get a ‘real time’ account and evidence of how our services are being delivered on a day to day basis. You will need to complete and return your diary sheet as soon as you have finished your contact with us.
A Customer Involvement Officer can support you if needed. Please click hereif you would like to find out more. Click hereto download a diary sheet and complete.

Tenant Led Forums
You can set up a group of people who have a mutual interest or similar circumstances and goals. They are normally made up of local people some of who will be directly involved with the running of the group by being a committee member. Groups often meet to campaign for local issues and to provide activities and events that can bring people together. We can support community groups to get started and to develop key skills.
